Surveillance camera has been one of the most innovative technology man has ever invented. It has been of great help to business premises and to homeowners too. This camera plays a great role in observing and protecting one’s establishment and home; it decreases the perpetrator’s chance of breaking in and stealing. What’s more is that, as more and more people utilize security cameras, manufacturers continue to produce cameras which would cater to every individual’s need. Nowadays, there are cameras which are compact and can work undercover; ideal for law enforcement and private investigators. Dvr software is a compact video camera, a still camera, a digital video recorder and a microphone in one. It can be worn on a person’s arm, just like how would one wear a wristwatch. Platinum C2 Taser Kit – a Girl’s Best Friend

19 Jan

No diamonds aren’t a girl’s best friend after all. Sure they are basically indestructible, but you are not! A girl’s best friend is something that will protect her from the evils in the world and never let her down. A Platinum C2 Taser kit does just this. With all the power and reputation that the TASER brand has developed, they provide a kit with a functional C2 personal protection device and four replacement cartridges.

A C2 Taser provides a ranged unstoppable incapacitation of your attacker. It uses electricity to deplete the sugars in your attacker’s muscles and form lactic acid, making it impossible for him to move. In addition, it can do this from up to 15 feet away! The gun itself is small enough to fit in the palm of a woman’s hand. Hang onto this in your purse as you walk to your car in that dark parking lot, and know that you will be ready to take on anything.

18 Jan

Do you enjoy technology? If so, then you might want to take a closer look at some of the most recent developments in the world of home security. Not only are there many more products available for purchase on the market today, but most of them are much more affordable than days gone by. For example, to have a outdoor security camera installed on the outside of your home was only reserved for the wealthy at one point. After all, not only did you have to pay for the actual security camera, but you also had to pay for wiring, a separate monitoring device, a the time of a trained home security technician. It is a much easier process today thankfully. You can buy a wireless camera that can be reached from your laptop through a wi-fi connection. Not only does this make it easy to set-up but you can also easily move the security camera around as needed.

Basic Information on Night Vision Security Camera

18 Nov

For areas that needs security and is located in a dim place, having a device that can still cover what is happening is important. It is one thing that will make a home or office secured from any form of crime. That is why, offices, and even homes, install surveillance cameras to look after their surrounding area. However, dim spots and night time are not friendly with the surveillance cameras we have as these cannot record anything in the dark. Good thing that there is an available night vision security camera that has the ability to capture anything in the dark. This special camera has what they call the Infrared Illuminator which gives off the light needed to capture videos or photos. Unlike the normal light that we use to view things, the light it produces is not visible to the naked eyes. The light from the Infrared Illuminator is generated with the aid of Light Emitting Diode or LED. To benefit more from the system with a night vision camera, it is recommended to setup the right sensor that is activated only when an activity is detected. This will help in conserving electricity and the tape used for recording. So, it is not a worry if the location is dark or it is already night time anymore. With a camera with night vision capability, anything can be captured, anytime, anywhere!

When Letters We’re Still in Postboxes

18 Nov

Many of us are now using the latest trend in letter writing, and that is doing them electronically. Yes, although it made transactions simpler and faster it also lacked the personal touch that we were once used to. Letter writing via courier was once the main form of communication in days not so long ago. Every time I would wait for the mailman to drop some letters into our postbox hoping there would be something for me. The feeling of anticipation and excitement made it all the more worth it. Letters then were considered precious because they were written personally by the sender unlike today where you only see the words in the computer screen. Whenever I pass by houses still with mail boxes, I realize that letter writing has not yet lost its magic touch. Many of us are still practicing the old style of writing letters and that will remain until there are people who care.

Invisible Post Boxes

15 Aug

In certain neighborhoods, those full of angst ridden teenagers for example, a certain level of truancy is just sort of accepted if not expected. But there are ways to keep problematic eyes from even considering pulling a prank or damaging your box to begin with. If you’re in the market for post boxes, and security is indeed a part of what will weigh down on your decision about what box to go with, you’ll definitely want to get something that’s sort of invisible; something that blends in with the background. Some techniques are more subtle than others; some a little too good at what they do. One customer, for example, used a bush to camouflage his post box, but the bush had the overgrowth of the bush almost completely overtake the box, to a point where new postmen were not able to tell that there was a post box there at all.
